No More Mr. Nice Guy
From a recent interview with David Shore:
”One of my favorite moments in the last episode was House’s realization that Wilson is, in essence, dating him,” says exec producer David Shore. ”Amber’s aggressive, pushy, controlling — just like House.” Does that mean that Wilson and House are basically in love with each other? ”You know,” laughs Shore, ”there’s no good way to answer that question without creating all sorts of speculation.”
“You’ll recall that Gregory House (Hugh Laurie) was shocked and a little envious when he found out Amber and his friend James Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard) were dating. There’s even more rivalry on display in the April 28 episode, No More Mr. Nice Guy.”

More Amber? Well… As long as they don’t completely eliminate the possibility of House/Wilson in canon, it’s fine with me!
I do feel a little sorry for House though. I can totally understand his jealousy.
